If a password reset is necessary for an employer file, you will be required to send a copy of the employer file to the support team for the reset to occur.
To send your employer file:
1. Click to reply to this email and select ‘insert’ or ‘attach’ file
2. Browse to the location your payroll dataset is located. (If unsure where this is located, just hover over your business name on your BrightPay ‘Open Employer’ screen and make a note of the location that will be displayed in the grey pop-up box).
3. The name of the file to attach will be called ‘your business name.bpuk25’
BrightPay is extremely mindful of the sensitive nature of customer data. Once data is received, it is held in a secure environment and is only retained for the minimum amount of time required. Data received is only processed for the purpose intended.
