Payroll processors who experience difficulties producing payslips may have unfinalised payslips from previous periods. Make sure that all previous period payslips are finalised before current period processing. If there is a head and shoulder icon on the blue bar along the top, this will indicate there is an open payslip within this period. This will need to be finalised before you can move on within the current period.
