How to help your clients receive your emails
If your clients aren’t receiving your emails, their email provider might be blocking or filtering them. Here’s what to do:
- Ask your clients to whitelist your email address. This means adding your sender address to their safe sender list or contacts, so emails land directly in their inbox.
- Encourage clients to check their spam or junk folders. Sometimes emails are mistakenly filtered there.
- If you’re unsure how to proceed, please reach out to your IT team or the person who manages your email. Since each email platform works a little differently, they can provide the best guidance for your specific setup.
