If your emails are not being received, they may have bounced previously.
When an email address bounces, it can be added to a bounced list, preventing further emails from being delivered.
To resolve this, Contact support if you don't have access to this information, and they can assist you in checking and clearing any bounced status for emails previously sent from BrightPay.
