Each BrightPay license initially includes 10 activations, but you can request an increase if needed. There is no fixed maximum—simply contact our payment services team with your license key to learn more about your activation limits.
If you wish to upgrade your license (for example, moving to a 75-employer bureau license), you will only pay the difference between your current package and the new one. If you have questions about refunds when changing versions, please email our payment services team at paymentservices@brightsg.com for personalized assistance.
Important - From 6 April 2026, BrightPay desktop will be available as a cloud service only. You will no longer be able to purchase a desktop licence.
