If you're having trouble accessing an employer in BrightPay Desktop payroll due to an incorrect password, you can reset your password by sending a copy of your employer file to support.
Right-click on the employer on the open/create employer tab
Select 'Contact Support Team', tick include file and send in to the support team.
Follow the instructions to reset passwords specific to payroll files once the support team send you back you amended file with a temporary password by clicking on 'File' > 'Set/Change Password' in the menu.
